I have been waiting over 8 weeks for a refund. Clearly the better business bureau needs to be involved. This could be considered consumer fraud.
Some of the new staff tried to be helpful, but they could not make up for the slick stories told by others, who ultimately blamed the SHADY bait and switch on the owner. DISRESPECTFUL AND DECEITFUL!
