Amazing! You have found the right guy. His office runs so smoothly and great. I wish all doctor’s offices ran like this. Some review mentioned having to pay before coming in. That is NOT the case. Probably a fake review. Regardless my time was spent being listened to, cared for, and healed. Dr. Stone, thank you!
Dr. Stone helped my mom to find and resolve the pain she had & removed her gallbladder with no complications & very Caring thru this procedure. He followed up to assure she was fine & has been thorough in her recovery. I myself had been at Medical City Plano for incidental bullet wound where that doctor wouldn't answer my questions or remove object (at Medical city Plano). We were referred to Dr. Stone by a mutual friend from church. Very upsetting with how the office staff treated us when I had to reschedule our appointment. They wanted to charge us a $60 nonrefundable fee. Even though I called with over a 48 hr notice to reschedule. They recommended I just cancel my appointment rather than work with me.
My experience with dr. Ramsey Stone has been very positive and I am very impressed with the pre op and post. His staff was very helpful and made me feel totally comfortable with the whole procedure. I highly recommend Dr.Ramsey Stone.
Dr. Stone was very professional, kind, and took his time to explain everything to me and my wife. At our consultation, he made us feel like we were the only patient in the clinic. He prayed with us at the appointment and right before my wife's surgery. He even saw my wife when she had a concern 2 months post-op. He was gracious and reassuring. Don't hesitate to schedule with him!
