Rick Ramsay runs a business that is a fraud. They tell you one thing just to get the contract signed and doesn’t deliver with the agreement. Very unprofessional and a total lier. Had to make a formal complaint with the Long Island Board of Realtors. I don’t recommend him or his company for selling or home. Beware of this number. Rick 15163192252. Rick Ramsay is the best Realtor on Long Island. He is totally devoted to servicing his buyers and sellers. He has the unique understanding of peoples wants and needs, he is sensitive to the fact that whether buying or selling either way it is or will become your home. He conducts himself as an advisor and a friend, not just someone trying to make a deal.
