Discriminated against me and kicked me out of both impatient and outpatient
This clinic has very uncaring, dismissive, and rude receptionists, truly feeding into the stereotype. Calling with any issue will lead to the girls who answer the phone responding in a demeaning and snappy manner, every time without fail. I had a particularly inconvenient situation arise through the fault of the clinic leaving me in a very poor position, and when explaining the issue I was met only with defensiveness and demeaning language. Please do not go here. I saw one of the psychiatrists here when I was 17 (I’m 20 now), for a ADHD diagnosis. As a child I was flagged for it (by psychologists specialised in this area) when my school sent me to get tested for learning disabilities in year 3, struggled my whole schooling years with focus, ability to learn things at the same rate as others and many more things - so I had a long documented history of struggling at school with learning, getting in trouble at school, family history of it + personal factors.
