Absolutely terrible clinic. Referral sat with them for two months. Whilst I continued to call and be told somebody would call me back. That call never came until finally after six attempts to find out the psychiatrist they originally referred me to is no longer taking clients two whole months later. Ramsay Clinic New Farm consulting suites is a clinic of mental health practitioners for outpatients. It is nice and modern. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Parking was somewhat difficult. There is a clinic parking area and street parking. There is wheelchair access.
I am an ADF veteran with over 40 years of Military service and self admitted into this clinic for the third time to treat my PTSD, under the direction of my psychiatrist. The plan was to do at least 7-10 days of treatment, I ended up doing only one, as I discharged myself after only one night. Here's why.
