Their awful their policies are very slim like the policies that they have on noise issues and things of that nature are non-existent and they'll tell you that they're not allowed to make rules which is a lie, cause of the new apartments that I now live in have a 10 p.m. quiet time starting hour and I want to let him know that their maintenance team was really shity. Worst two years ever. College students watch out ! Paper then walls and cost weigh too much. Also if it’s update floor plan , it just means a microwave was added ....
This place has LOTS of students. My car has been broken into while here, the apartments are cheap, and my bike was stolen (and then returned with mud on it and the lock missing). The apartments are also overpriced for what you get (you can hear everything through the walls and floor), and dealing with the management team can be frustrating. For example, they didn't have the courtesy to inform residents that they would be re-painting the buildings.
