The cement tile roof of my house had developed a problem with the flashing where two sections of the tiles meet. Rain and snow melt were somehow getting behind the materials and draining off where it shouldn't. While no water was entering the home, it could not be left like that. I needed two new roofs before closing on the sale of two 4-plexes. And we had very tight timeline! Rampart bent over backwards to get roofs installed and confirmation of payment before the closing.
