I hesitate to give one star. Called their Chapel Hill office e4 times and left 4 voice mails, finally pleading for someone to return my call. I am a realtor and needed HOa info for a client wanting to make an offer on a home that Rampart handled.Never heard back from anyone!! Nothing!!!
