Amazing Dr.
Very kind. Is a great doctor
Pooler location is great, very clean, friendly, staff is easy to work with. They are concerned about the child's well being from car seat safety, to exercise and nutrition.
I took my daughter as an infant to Dr. Ramos's office. In the four times we visited the office we saw Dr. Ramos once. The office staff is unbearably rude, crass, uncaring, and most of all unknowledgeable. Its like the employees were pulled from the worst neighborhoods in Savannah. Maybe I should have communicated with gang signs. They could not tell us what medication was administered during the previous visit, they in fact denied administering any medication. Do they even keep records? Who was the random nurse that came in ... read more
Called for information for Dr. Ramos to be our, soon to be born first childs, pediatrician. Person who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and seemed annoyed by our questions. Dr. Ramos was recommended to us by numerous people, but based on that phone call, we will look elsewhere.
Dr Ramos....what a gem of a person and a true blessing to the fortunate children to have him look over their health. Every now and then you meet a human being that you know is in his profession for the right reason and practices the Hippocratic Oath. I say this respectfully for those other great doctors out there. We took our four month old son to Dr Ramos and left feeling genuinely loved and cared for through his expertise. He took the time to ask questions and give us pertinent information. EXCELLENT! He didn’t push vaccines on my child as it’s my constitutional right. I’m 200 percent against neurotoxic chemicals which are found in vaccines which do not guarantee immunity but guarantee brain and immune system injury. Parents, please research the facts and science behind the biggest crime against humanity. Vaccines!
Dr. Ramos may know his stuff but the custome service to book an appointment is terrible and they are rude for no reason at all. At least the Savannah office anyway. It was recommended that my son have blood work and we went two different times to have blood drawn from my precious 3 year old little boy, to the point that his vein collapsed and then they lost the blood work. Suddenly, it wasny a big deal that he needed it done in the first place! We will switch soon but for now it's convenient.
