We have been working with Dr. Idalmis for years, in regards to my son's braces the staff scheduling is constantly inaccurate (meaning your there but not the Dr), braces constantly brake loose and the wait time is excessive; Save yourself and get your braces elsewhere.
I came into ART family dentistry on 2/2/2019 and Dr. Ramos was excellent. She was very attentive to my needs! She made me feel comfortable in the environment and made sure I wasn't in pain or scared. She explains everything before doing it so that I understood what was being done and what to expect. I recommend her as a dentist to anyone!!! Her staff at ART family dentistry was very polite and welcoming!
I read other reviews and yes at time the wait can be a little long but the service and knowledge Doctor Ramos has is well worth it. She answers every question and isn't in a rush to get you out of the office. She will always return phone calls when I call and if you have an emergency she will definitely see you.
Sometimes very busy, but it is worth the wait for exceptional service and attention.
I have called 10 times this morning to reschedule an appointed and no one answers the phone!! This has happened at least 2 other times and is poor business practices. I couldn't even leave a voicemail! I will be finding a new dentist.
