I attempted to contact ramos decor and lumbar multiple times both via phone call and email (with no replies) for an item that was never received. I was told the item was on back order with unknown availability, so they told me they would refund my money for this order. well this has been ongoing since last year and I am still unable to get ahold of anyone or my refund. We are not doing any future business with this company. We did our floors twice with them over a decade but not anymore. The owner ignores text messages despite one seeing that he read them. He lets calls go to voicemail all the time unless you call from one of his store locations and he answers immediately. He tells you he’ll pass by your home and then never shows up. That’s a sure fire way to drive customers away: Ignore them and don’t stand behind your work and the products you install.
