They tried their hardest to scare me into keeping my damaged vehicle there when Progressive requested to tow it to their Total Loss yard for inspection. Dave pitched me a spiel about how "Progressive will take weeks just to look at it and that they'll charge me this and that and he can fix it up, the truck is salvageable, let us get it inside and "clean it up" for the adjuster, blah blah" My TOTAL LOSS claim is done with and it only took 3 business days. Ramos is amazing!!! My car had 3,000 dollars worth of damage to my door after being hit and they overnighted a door for me, had guys stay late to work on it, just to have it for me in time for me to move to Tennessee!! They bend over backwards for their customers and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. They actually care about each person that walks into their establishment. Thank you, Ramos!! My car is sparkling again ❤️
They are the best. I had my car detailed and it looks better than when I bought it. I love that place and people.
They repainted my 2003 Mercedes and it looks like a new car. Beautiful job. 10 Stars here!
