I usually dont go for coffee but i was feeling like needing a double shot expresso, he did tell me he didnt have a syrup which i didnt usually think they used so he said if i minded a different syrup or something which like i said didnt usually think ithad any syrup n when i seen yhe cost almost $6 vs $3.15 n a bigger cup i asked again its a double shot expresso n they said yes. Wow! Loved everything about this place!
Usually customer service here is really great, the people are friendly enough and get you through the line pretty quick. But recently I went in to order a coffee and a different employee was at the counter. They looked annoyed that I walked in and stared annoyed at me as I ordered. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, we all have bad days. But it should be known that your behavior towards customers does affect their willingness to come back. I did NOT feel welcome.
Ramones in old town is a great place to get a coffee, work on your computer, but don't fall in love. Located in the heart of old town Eureka, the pastries are almost as sweet and selfish as the baristas. If I could give it 6 stars I would..
