The online order made a mistake on the burrito and the manager didn’t wanna exchange the burrito. She was very rude about it. I told her it must’ve been a glitch in their system and She was no help after paying $60
This's thee 2nd time in 2 weeks that I get home after running other errands to find my order was wrong!! .. I specifically told the new & not new employees TWICE that I DID NOT WANT rice or hot sauce/salsa on the 2 Red Beef Burritos I ordered!! Which was supposed to have the meat, red sauce, beans, and cheese!! .. As my husband & I are about to eat, he notices RICE!! ..
