I want to start by saying there’s nothing professional about this place. The customer service is atrocious. It’s unwelcoming and cold. I walked in for a 2 pm appointment and there was just stares from the employees. I waited 20 minutes and when I asked “how much longer” one of the women said “WE ARE EATING LUNCH” with the worst attitude. I personally wanted to drag her by her hair but I’m a new mother and I can’t afford Jail time. So 5 minutes later, I walked out. These ladies truly know what they are doing and they are absolutely amazing! If anyone is looking for a high-quality blowout, regardless of their hair type, this is definitely the place to go. The prices are very reasonable as well. While I was there for a few hours, I saw over ten people come and go for services, which really speaks to the quality and reputation of your business.
