Dr Santiago is an amazing person, he really listens to his patients and is very non-judgmental. Excellent for all primary care needs, wait times may be a bit long, but he is worth the wait
Incredibly unorganized and inefficient. The doctor went on vacation (to London per the office staff) and the only person left in the office capable of writing scripts, a P.A., is not actually allowed to write scripts currently. Apparently pharmacies refuse to fill the prescriptions she writes (per the office employee I spoke with) So, because I was not advised the doctor would be away, nor was I advised no one else in the office can write scripts, I went without my medication for several days
Great staff. Very confidential. Dr. Santiago is a very concern and patient doctor.
