Very professional & courteous doctor as well as staff members.
He has been my doctor for over 24 years. He's very patient and thorough. And he listens to the patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Santiago for over 40 years. He is the best of the best. He truly cares about his patients and is more knowledgeable than any other doctor I have met. He goes out of his way to be sure that all of your questions are answered and that you understand your situation. He takes his time and makes sure that he gives you the best treatment. I can’t express how his care has helped me so much over the years. He is an excellent doctor and I am so grateful to him for taking care of me.

I waited for approximately 45 min in the waiting area and another 20 once I was in the room. I felt that he was very impersonal. I left feeling like my issues still were unresolved sadly. I decided to seek treatment with a different provider.
I had Dr. Santiago for my Dr. in the pass I always come back to him he is a great Doctor.
This place is terrible. Only people writing good reviews are the employees. All the equipment is out dated and does not work correctly.
I made an appointment through ZocDoc, for a time that was available. I got a phone call, but could not call back, no one answered the phone all day. Then I got an email that he canceled the appointment, no call, no explanation. Very rude and unprofessional ,I cannot believe a doctor would act like this. Perhaps it was “ Nurse Angie” , but either way, I’m pretty stunned by this office. I’m going to find as many websites as possible to post this negative review.
