Dr Ramon is a very compassionate doctor. He was always available for questions and concerns anytime. My reconstruction was a challenge but Dr Grover was able to make a successful repair with his expertise and perseverance. I am grateful for the great outcome. Needing reconstructive surgery after Basel cell carcinoma Dr. Grover fixed me up. He was unbelievabley sympathetic, caring, kind and humble. Explained everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the surgery. Follow up appointments were a breeze and he kept to his kind and caring ways throughout. Dr Grover is one of those few and fair between persons who are just genuinely compassionate and caring.
Dr. Grover is a very kind, compassionate and amazing surgeon. My first appointment with him was via Zoom and during our conversation he gave me some "homework" to do so that I would have some understanding of what the reconstruction after my Mohs surgery would entail. The result, to say the least, is much more than I imagined. Always frightening when the cancer is on the nose and you aren’t sure how extensive the removal and then the repair will be. Dr. Grover is extremely gifted in the surgical repair. This is the second time he has repaired my nose and I am so thankful for his knowledge, care and talent.
I had Mohs surgery on October 23, 2025 for an area on my nose. It required a surgical flap the following day with Dr. Grover. Dr. Grover performed the surgery with care and compassion. He explained in great detail what the surgery would entail. I saw Dr. Grover 2 weeks later for a follow up appointment to see how I was fairing. He provided me with a list of ongoing care that I must do for the next 3 months. At that time I will see him again. The surgical site is healing very well.
