I have absolutely no complaints about Dr. Gonzalez. I have been with him for a while. I have no problems getting an appointment and MRI. I am not sure what the other Reviewer was talking about, As soon as I called from my MRI, I had an appointment the next day And as far as appointments, I have seen him in office several times in my desired location. Even when I go through the chat, he always answers within a day.
Dr. Gonzales was assigned to be my neurologist for my MS in 2021. It is now March 2022. In all that time I’ve had one teleheath visit, which if you have MS is a terribly long time to not be seen in person. I’ve been off Copaxone for almost Two years now and have not been given or even discussed a new DMT. I have been trying to get an authorization for a brain MRI w/contrast for two years (there has been a change in insurance this year, but still?). I also needed an authorization for PT.
