The staff was great to me. There was always just one person at a time. You got in and out in a timely manner. The Doctor was also very professional. I wish I knew where he went after he moved. That is my only complaint.
Worst Staff Ever. My grandma wanted to be a new patient but the staff was awful, the two times I called they have been rude.
I never met the doctor but his staff is AWFUL. I was aiming to be his new patient but HIS staff cancelled my appointment TWICE and then they said I had cancelled the appointments which is NOT true. STAY AWAY from his office staff. THEY ARE AWFUL. Worst in Laredo. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE STAFF IN LAREDO.
Dr. De la Torre is a great doctor! The staff is 3/5 they will judge you if you go in with multiple issues. The main issue is they keep on rescheduling my doctor appt. I have been waiting since October to see him. They reschedule me every time. Don’t waste your time.
The staff gives excellent service and courteous every time I visit the office. Dr. De La Torre listens and cares for his patients. I recommend him 100%.
