I had an appointment with Dr. Ruffy and my experience was phenomenal. He was personable and explained everything in lame term. He was patient in explaining the procedure he was performing. I was a nervous wreck, he was able to keep me calm. He didn’t rush to get me out the door like many doctors do. Oh wait, I can’t finish without giving guddos to Donna.
