I like that I can usually get in thae day I call or the next day. The caregivers are always nice. I don't feel like I am being heard when it comes to addressing my pain. With arthritis, TMJ and fibromyalgia, I am offered minimal relief which triggers depression.
Medicare wellness checkup went very well, Ramon way a pleasure to meet with
NP is fantastic. Scheduling, not so much. After asking me for my insurance verification, they told me I was in network and scheduled my appointment. Went to my doctor's appointment yesterday, then today when I go in to get labs done they tell me I'm out of network and I have to find a different doctor. Blue Cross Blue shield when I called them said that they are in network. I'm already on heart medications I don't need the stress so this is really disappointing.
