love this place older hotel but very well kept and the staff is awesome
the service was very poor.
Got a room and ticket package for the New Year’s Eve show. Showed up at 2:45pm to check in. We were told that our room wasn’t clean yet as they were “half full” the night before and were still cleaning but it should be within 30 minutes. Well that was a lie! 45 minutes later we are still waiting for our room. Asked the front desk when check in time was and they said 3pm. I always have a good time staying there for work the workers there are ever awesome, I enjoyed my stay with you guys
It was a bit outdated! My son liked pool area but floor needs some gripping so people don't slip and break something! More amenities would be nice like fridge and USB ports would be nice!
