The people were so friendly and professional and we had great nights sleep
I have to say that management gave me some of their time and reached out to me about my concerns. The customer service they have provided has been great and they have made me feel like a valued customer. I do appreciate it and would be willing to give them another try... Thank You!!! Previously....Couldn't check in until 5:30pm due to water break issue and hot tub our of service. I understand things happen and that is life but some type of customer service would have been good.. Deide Rossow I spoke with the manager in regard to the hot tub being shut down, a child defecate in the hot tub and by law we are required to shut hot tub down for 24-hours to protect the public and treat the hot tub.
