My daughter & son in law had their wedding reception here on Sat. June 29, 2019. It was fantastic!! Beautifully set up, excellent food, excellent bartender and a wonderful staff to work with! Thank you Megan Miller for making their day perfect and being so easy to work with and taking the stress off of us!! I definitely recommend the Ramkota for any special events!! 💜

I reserved 2 Rooms for my Friends that came up from Cheyenne to play a Family Benefit Concert. I explained well in advance that they would have a late check-in due to the Concert getting out late & them needing to load their equipment afterwards. The Rooms were Cancelled and they were told they had to go get Rooms at the La Quinta across the street. I never received a notification or a call that this happened, so they had to find this out when they came to the front Desk. The next day I asked why they were cancelled & I was ... read more

We take pride in our customer service and will be rectifying this immediately so it doesn't happen again. We also certainly don't discriminate against anyone.
We stayed at the Ramkota Hotel April 13th, the pool they advertised is only a 3ft kiddee pool great if you are no more then 8, the room was very hot with no air conditioner and no fans, asked for extra towels and they were out. all in all we will never stay there again went back to the Ramada Inn across the street. not as fancy but we were much happier there.
