This company ordered a 2011-2014 Dodge Charger Type-SRT2 Style Functional Ram Air Hood SKU: DC11AHSRT2FHW from us and then filed a fraud dispute once it was delivered to this business. They do not answer the phone and will not respond. It looks like others have also been scammed by this business and Raul Ramirez. Please beware when dealing with this company.
Raul Ramirez is a con artist and a thief. He has stolen thousands of dollars from me, promising me a discounted transmission. After months of stringing me along, my car was towed from him parking it in an illegal spot. The city of Indianapolis sent me a letter and I had to pay nearly a thousand dollars to get my car from impound. I then had another mechanic check to see if the transmission was ever replaced and he guaranteed the original transmission was still in its place, with several parts missing. I changed my mind about this place. Wrong diagnostics of the issue. They replaced something that’s wasn’t an issue.Real issue was transmission bolt was lose instead replaced axels. Pay little bit more but go to mainke or someone knows. Waste of money.
Avoid at all cost they are a bunch of con artist. Told me a cheaper price to get my car there then raised the price once they started working on it. They told me it would take a week and it took 7 week. Then they did horrible work they cut my exhaust now it sounds horrible and all my check light are on. Charge me extra money for the fluids and filled my radiator with water. Two day after they change the transmission it is going out again. Never ever use this shop.
