I needed to replace a front loading washing machine, part of a stacked washer/dryer set. Crystal was very helpful, she asked me about my non-running machine and pulled up pictures to identify it. We identified the washer I was replacing and as luck would have it, Ramirez Appliances had a more recent updated model available! Crystal is knowledgeable and it was light hearted fun negotiating prices with her! Thanks to the men who connected the hoses and loaded the washer in my truck. I will come back here.
