My child has depression and the first thing he said when leaving Dr. Rao's office was, I came out feeling more depressed than when I went in. Dr. Rao basically was there to just prescribe medication. Bedside manner is poor with no hint of compassion or caring. I believe I was expecting more from someone that deals with patients who have depression.
