Prior to my encounter with Dr. Farboud I considered the colonoscopy procedure a necessary evil. Dread caused me to put it off longer than I should have. I know now that the procedure is necessary and perhaps lifesaving and that Dr. Farboud and his staff are the opposite of evil. I'm a professional engineer as well as a ship's engineer who travels internationally quite a bit. I have seen Dr. Farboud several times this past year and found him to be quite good. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my initial ailment and recommended the proper remedy. To be clear, I believe Dr. Farboud is "top Tier" doctor based on my many experiences with the medical field; but equally important he is a very good listener and most recently has gone FAR OUT OF THE WAY to help me with my current condition. Dr. Farboud has been wonderful. He’s been working with me for the past couple of months on my acid reflux and IBS. He did an endoscopy on me, which I was very happy with. I am extremely grateful to have him as my gastroenterologist and would recommend him to anyone who needs one in the DMV! Thank you so much Dr. Farboud.
Staff and physician havre been exceptionally caring and attentive. I called the office when I was very, very sick. The receptionist was genuinely kind and made sure to get me help. The nurse called soon thereafter, listened carefully and gave helpful advice. (The doctor was in the middle of a procedure with another patient at the time.). When Dr. Farboud subsequently spoke with me, he listened carefully and took appropriate and helpful action. Follow up is super.
I found Dr Farboud a year ago and he has been like a miracle worker. He's patient personable took time to listen and made recommendations until my stomach issues were solved.
