Ramil is not competent, he is stubborn and will not listen - not understanding that EVERY renter he deals with is A SALES LEAD, and therefore it is in his interest to to treat them professionally and with respect. And it is not professional to try to extort an unreasonable security deposit and insanely refuse to credit the renter with days not actually in the property at the beginning of the lease.
