Ramil with Rate did an amazing job! He was very communicative and stayed on top of the loan through the entire process. Accessing the portal to upload docs and check on status of the loan was easy and user friendly. I had a great experience which made closing on our new home a breeze! Would highly recommend
I don't often leave reviews, but the service I received from Ramil was outstanding. He was very responsive and was very attentive to every detail. He made the experience feel very personal and I felt we were in the process together. He got us such a good rate I don't think we will need to refinance any time soon, but if we do we will use Ramil and the team at Rate again.
I would highly recommend Ramil Reyes to anyone! He truly cares about helping and educating his clients. I was so pleased with my first loan with him, I used him again months later for an out of state purchase that we just completed!
