I had a colonoscopy yesterday, January 15th, 2025 I could not have been pleased or more satisfied with a doctor! He explained everything to my wife and I in terms that we could understand. I would give him a five star rating!

Dr Abass is the most worthless rude non caring Dr ever ! !! and I’ve worked with Drs for 25 years.

Dr. Abass is a mediocre doctor at best. He is likely useful if you have a very straightforward gi problem, but if you are struggling to get a diagnosis, he is not your guy. He is not one for brainstorming or coming up with individual-oriented solutions. He offered me two meds and when they didn't work for me, he was quick to discount my problems. Again, if you have a straightforward diagnosis, he's likely a fine doctor. But if your situation requires any nuance, Dr. Abass is not for you.

An excellent physician. He explained options in ways I could understand. Very caring and easy to talk to. I have referred friends and family and they were equally very pleased with the care they received from Dr. Abbass and his staff.

Tried very hard to get him to help me with gi bleeding. After a normal endoscopy at Ahuja, they sent me home bleeding. Went back to dr Abbass and tried desperately to get him to help me. No other gi doctor in the uh system would even see me. I had to go to metro who diagnosed me with MALS and fibrosis and atrophy of my entire intestine. I believe I have the atrophy and fibrosis because my issue went on for months while dr Abbass and his team ignored my complaints.
