Dr satyanarayana was to the point from the first encounter to this last visit and I trust him immensely.
Dr. Saty is an excellent doctor. He is professional, caring, and takes the time to listen to his patients. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The only area that needs improvement is communication with the office. The phone system does not provide an option to speak directly with the office, and getting follow-up can be difficult. I have experienced delays with insurance pre-authorizations and, on another occasion, waited two weeks without receiving information about where to schedule an MRI ordered by the docto... read more
Very professional and caring doctor.Will go the extra mile to make sure I understood everything about my options
Dr.Saty is a special human and doctor. Very attentive and made me feel at ease with my surgery. I had a laporscopic robotic pyleoplasty to fix a crossing vessel I had in my right kidney. I am feeling so much better and will always be grateful for finding Dr.Saty. Thank you so much restoring my quality of life. I am now back to normal activity that includes gym, soccer, etc.
