Since Jan-Feb 2025, I stopped using "Tamsulosin", as it lost effectiveness. At bed time, instead, I sat in hot water or used hot water bottle at the groins. In addition, I saw an acupuncurist twice a month. The result was a reasonable improvement in my condition: instead of 3-4 bathroom visits a night, I now have an average of two.
