I will never return to Greenridge and do not recommend Dr. Ramesh at all. First, the staff is unpleasant and unprofessional. When you walk in, you are not greeted. The receptionist does the absolute minimum to stay employed - she does her job, but does not smile, greet you, explain things to you, etc. Very unprofessional. I have been a patient of Dr. Ramesh for 4 and half years. He is an excellent Doctor whom at first meeting makes you feel at ease. He is always there to address any concern that I have an even makes himself available in case of after hours emergencies. I have Chronic Depression and Anxiety due to the shots I receive for my MS. I have been to psychiatrists for several years now. Dr. Ramesh on my first visit evaluated my ongoing problems including serious sleep problems due to the MS. He immediately recognized which drugs were no longer working for me and which ones were not the best for me.
