Dr Grandhi demonstrated patience and empathy during my hospital stay. His ability to explain complex circumstances and the options available for treatment in an understandable way really helped take the edge off a very scary situation. He’s very kind while being direct and honest. His care has been greatly appreciated

Sadly, Ramesh is an example of what is common in many healthcare providers today - a lack of social skills, and a lack of understanding of his role as a client service provider. He was 2.5 hours late for our appointment, he didn’t understand that he was there to provide a service to us, as paying clients, and he had trouble following our instructions.
