Simply the best. They are the first Ramen Shop in town and set the standard high. Years later we still frequent Ramen Tatsuya every week because they are that good.
Best ramen, and the staff was amazing. The line is a bit long, but it was worth the wait. Just wish they had some outside patio to eat.
