The House Special noodle was served in a ginormous bowl. It can for sure feed 2 people if you order an additional appetizer. In my case, I got the scallion pancake (in addition of 2 fried sesame balls they give out for free on any $20+ order). The pancake is like a flaky fatty flat bread with some green onions. All of the food we ordered tasted pretty good. The staffs were also very helpful. They saw us struggling with how long the noodles was (since it was hand-pulled), so they gave us a scissor. The bian bian noodles were amazing. Spicy, but not too spicy. Just right. The fried salt and pepper chicken was really good as well. Pot sticker dumplings were okay. Only thing to consider: when I see a sign that says ramen, I expect Japanese ramen. This is 100% a Chinese restaurant with Chinese noodles. Minor let down coming through the door, but the food makes up for it. A little on the pricier side, but still a decent venue. Would go again, but not be a regular.

I had my reservations when first going here but was so pleasantly surprised! The indoor is a beautiful dining room with plenty of seating, the pricing of everything (hand pulled noodles, yum!) was so reasonable, very clean environment, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even let me know when ordering if we spent a certain amount we got free boa buns which were delicious! I was just visiting at the time but definitely plan to return.
