I lived at Ramblewood for 3 years. The rent went up by 20 bucks each year. I had some maintenance issues that were ignored when I called them in. My air conditioner was leaking down the wall into a power socket and the guy barely looked at it. They have amazing amenities as far as a pool, workout room, and sauna, however the sauna didn't work the whole time I was there. Ramblewood has the potential to be a great place to live. I just feel like maintenance needs to step up their game a bit.
