I feel discriminated by them not only did I get a vacate notice for nonpayment which I was never late before. They also filed eviction after I already left the apartment in a very great condition. They charged me almost $4000, and they kept all of my security deposit of $1115. They were taking pictures and making false claims that I left everything in bad condition which is not true and its illegal. I love living here even though the elevators are finnicky. I'm 4 minutes away from work. Enjoyed the pool last weekend. Great place. And the leasing guys are the best!
So I really want to give the place a 5 but I can’t ONLY because of this constant elevator situation. I moved in back in October and during my tour I asked a resident who was currently living here if they liked it- their opinion was that it’s a nice, quiet place BUT the elevator is always broken (I should’ve listened). Here we are and literally both elevators are currently down AGAIN.
