Worst company to deal with, bought 50-60 premaire AC units from this company with extended warranty, now Ramayan Supply or Prem Sales are not willing to help, my units are still under warranty. Prem sales will send you the part that needs to be replaced, and expects you to change it. If I bought extended warranty it should cover everything. At the time of purchase Ramayan Supply said that if Prem sales did not help then Ramayan would replace the ac without charge. And now when you need help everyone raises there hands.
