Great staff! Excellent service from the moment I called for my first appt with my new puppy. Polite receptionists and knowledable assistants! Answered my million puppy questions without making me feel stupid! And of course, the doctor was very caring!
Simply The Best I can not say enough about Dr. Shea and the Staff at the Ramapo Valley Animal Hospital. When our beloved Susie passed away, dr. Great people Great doctors and Staff. Very friendly and caring people great with your pets. Dr. Durh, Dr. Shea, & Dr. Mazzola are very compassionate. Their staff is top notch. I highly recommend them to all my clients and friends.
Caring I was absolutely delighted with the care my dog was given at this hospital. The vet and the techs were gentle and thorough with my dog and appeared to really care about what they were doing. I was not hurried along because they overbooked appointments. Parking was great. This building is on a dead end street so there is no problem with traffic and walking an animal when you get there.
RecommendedDr Duhr and staff are the very best at what they do. They love your pet as if it were their own. I tell anyone who is looking for the best vet ever, look no more!
What a fabulous vet practice! Dr. Mazzola and Marty were so warm and loving to our puppy! Both were quite knowledgeable and informative taking time to answer our questions and giving instruction! It was clean and comfortable here also!!

Over the years RVAH has cared for all of our pets (and there have been many!). The staff here are some of the most loving and compassionate people I have ever met and are very much like family. Their care for our family continues to provide trust and confidence in all their services.
