I transitioned two properties to Ramapo. To say the least, these are difficult properties with difficult tenants. They do a great job of managing the properties while keeping me in the loop on any issues or expenses, while clearly communicating with and keeping tenants happy. Their maintenance team is quick to handle maintenance requests, and the costs are lower than hiring a handyman on my own. Scam alert. Tenants looking to lease any property under Ramapo Hills Property Management & Maintenance, beware of the frauds and fabricated invoices they’d send you to eat your hard earned money along with landlords. Even if you have documented everything and you are on right, they will still eat your hard earned money. They are only good for landlords, they will do anything along with landlords even fabricate the invoices and do nothing for tenants. Similar thing happened to me.
