I transitioned two properties to Ramapo. To say the least, these are difficult properties with difficult tenants. They do a great job of managing the properties while keeping me in the loop on any issues or expenses, while clearly communicating with and keeping tenants happy. Their maintenance team is quick to handle maintenance requests, and the costs are lower than hiring a handyman on my own.
