I had an excellent experience at Raman Salon and Spa, and I especially want to appreciate Gagandeep Kaur for her outstanding service. She is extremely professional, skilled, and attentive to detail. Gagandeep took the time to understand my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. Her work was flawless, and the results exceeded my expectations. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, with a very welcoming atmosphere.
Went in to get my eyebrows done, waited for 10-15 minutes and no one even noticed or greeted. The staff literally made eye contact and looked away. I got up and asked if they could take me, the lady made a face and asked to wait longer. Ended up leaving! Terrible experience!! Zero customer service for a business in such a customer oriented industry.
Terrible service I would avoid going here if possible. Rupa is very unprofessional, has no people skills and definitely shouldn’t be working front desk without training. Would recommend going to the salon across the street for better service!
Wouldn’t go here anymore simply because of Rupa. Horrible customer service. Extended wait times for 5 minute eyebrow services. No one but Gagan cares about customer service at this location. Poor command of English language.
I can never trust anyone else when it comes to my hair, except Raman Salon. Rupa mam is my favourite for haircuts. If you want those perfect indian layers that frame your face and make you look different- RUPA mam is your angel♥️ Gagan mam was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Rupa and Gagan mam both worked on my hair and made my bday special indeed!!! look at that perfect blend and the shade was exactly what I wanted!! thanks Raman Salon for always being amazing
