I never usually post reviews, but this time I felt I had to. I have been coming to this salon for the past 5 years and have never had a bad experience before. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. I visited the salon for eyebrows and forehead threading, and Raman herself did the service. I visited this salon based on a friend’s recommendation; however, I found it to be overpriced and not worth the cost. I was disappointed with the service, as it did not reflect the quality I expected for the price paid. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon.

Too much waiting time, busy or not busy. They will make you wait for sure and after long wait, no one responds when your turn will come. Worst customer service, need to improve on services at least for regular customers.
