DON NOT COME HERE. The worst pediatrician office there is. Dr Nirmala Murthy has retired as of a few months ago and its impossible to get my 1 year old an appointment with a doctor even though he has been in and out of the emergency room with respiratory issues all weekend. The girls at the front office refuse to see my son until a month out even after being referred as soon as possible by the hospital. Being a resident for the past few years, we are so comforted by knowing our little one is in the right hands. Doctor Nirmala Murthy is an attentive and proactive doctor. With major or minor incidents trusting our family’s doctor's opinion matters. An added perk is there is normally one other family in the waiting room at the same time, and the receptionists treat the little ones to stickers after they visit with the Doctor.
The review is for the rude receptionist and referral coordinator. They forget to give me my ID so I have to drive back from home and they said they called me as soon as I left but never got the call. Referral coordinator and front desk do not know how to communicate efficiently and not tell us what we need to know ahead of time. I've rescheduled my son's appointment 3x because they cannot provide a referral for his ultrasound. Dr. Murthy and back office staff on the other hand have been great so far.
