RecommendedBerenice was great. If you want an agent that is fully engaged in your advocacy, she is the one that you want. For example, she insisted on a contingency when the builder didn’t want to do it. In the end we won, and it was the right call.
Melody and Emily were wonderful to work with. We listed my home on a Tuesday and had 1st offer on Friday, 2nd on Saturday. Melody listened and honored the things that were important to me and this meant so much to me and made the process easier. I'm so thrilled to have sold my house, and would recommend Melody and Emily to work with if you ever need to sell or buy!
