The coffee pot was broken the WiFi didn't work most of the time and one of our friends room got rented out and his stuff taken out while we were out. They gave him a key to get back in his room and someone else's stuff was in there and his was gone. Gave him an upgrade but what if the people had been in there when they give him the key.
