The rooms are nice enough, though there is no microwave in the room. You have to go downstairs to use the tiny communal microwave. Our sheets were stained we asked twice to have them replaced. Ended up having to go downstairs to get the sheets ourselves, same with asking for towels. The staff was friendly enough though. Just took forever to get anything but I think that was more of a being short staffed issue. The breakfast was great. I made a reservation for myself and my son for his new student orientation at SDSU. He wanted me along for support but I was going to telework. His girlfriend volunteered to take my place, so I called the Ramada to transfer the room to him. I told them why we booked the room and they said he just needed his ID and a card for the deposit. When he went to check in they refused as he's only 18, not 21. I talked to them and they didn't care at all.
