Stayed several times now, as we are moving to the area! Comfortable beds, nice staff, decent breakfasts!
The staff were very friendly and informative and the beds are comfortable. Building needs a little TLC. Weak internet signal! Great location close to shopping malls. I would have liked a microwave and fridge in the room. Free ice was available thank God I brought a small cooler!
Very disappointed � stayed 2 tonight's and yes air conditioner was loud but it was o.k. I could deal with it. House keeping was terrible I had company sleeping with me other than my husband that bit me several times. They didn't clean our room or give us fresh towels.
The hotel is older so it needs some tlc. The carpet was ripped in our room, the air conditioner was noisy and we weren't able to access the internet in our room, only in the lobby. The bed and pillows were comfy and the breakfast buffet was good. The front desk people were very helpful.
The front desk clerk, Jeff was amazing! He made sure that whatever we needed help with we got. Jeff's costumer service is exactly what you want it to be and more. So THANK YOU, JEFF!!! Because of his personality and helpfulness we will stay there again. The rooms are nice and very comfortable.
