I had a great experience at A&R Pool and Spa Supply. The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. One of the staff members was extremely helpful—he took the time to make sure I got the original item I needed at a very fair price. I really appreciated the honesty and knowledge. Payed 650 dollars for a pump and some 1 1/2 pipe three months ago. The pipe that was installed started leaking. I called and sent a video and they said it could be fixed for 200 dollars. The material is about 11 dollars. The thing that pisses me off, is it’s brand new and they won’t come out and fix it for free. They put it in and they should fix it it’s been 90 days.
