Absolutely horrible experience. Thankfully we were only there overnight. In the tub not only was there a long hair hanging from the water spout, but there were little hairs on the edge of the tub. Wooden flooring is not a good idea in a hotel room, unfortunately I fell getting out of bed and couldn't get up because I couldn't get traction on the wood flooring.
